Our Cheese Department is more than just a specialty section of our store; it’s an exotic ’round the world adventure of tastes, textures and fragrances that features cheeses and much more!

Cheeses – over 200 varieties from around the world: France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Greece, Belgium, Denmark, Holland, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, American Farmstead, and over 30 Organic cheeses. There are new cheeses arriving weekly! We rotate through around two dozen specialty cheeses that arrive by air-shipment from Europe every couple of weeks!

And we also feature:

  • Fresh caviar from Russia and environmentally friendly-farmed from USA
  • Smoked Fish
  • Over a dozen varieties of olives, including our new Olive Bar
  • Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena (The real stuff!)
  • Italian and French Truffles, Truffle Oil, Truffle Butter and Truffle Sauce
  • Dry mushrooms sold by the ounce
  • European butters from France, Italy, Denmark, and the UK
  • Raw (unpasteurized) cheeses
  • Spanish Fig Cake, and Quince Paste
  • Foie Gras, Pate’, Goose Fat, French Saucisson, Jamon Serrano…

 

We also make our own Pesto Sauces, Tapenade, Truffle Butter and Flavored Cream Cheeses, and we Slice Cheeses and Salami daily.
